Burak Dimici, is the founder and managing partner of our firm, leading our energy, mining, infrastructure projects, and international transactions. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2001, he continued his career as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, providing consultancy to BOTAŞ on significant projects like the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline Project and participating in the negotiations of international agreements.

Later, he worked as a consultant in the Istanbul office of a London-based international law firm, specializing in energy, infrastructure, and mining law. He has also held managerial positions in the legal and compliance departments of an international energy company's operations in Turkey, gaining senior management experience as a board secretary.

Throughout his career spanning over twenty years, Burak Dimici is recognized for his deep expertise in legal transactions and structural solutions. Additionally, he teaches courses on energy law, project financing, and turnkey construction contracts.
